Nje nga faktoret per Skizofrenine eshte edhe trashegimia, ku faktoret gjenetike e rrisin predispozicionin.

Megjithate kjo dihet sii cdo problematike shendetesore edhe ketu ndikon gjenetika.
Per shembull nese nje person do te kete faktore gjenetike ne familjen e tij, pra persona me probleme te shendetin mendor, nese nuk do te kishte faktore te tjere ambjental apo social, edhe pse gjenetiken e ka ai mund te mos vuante asnjehere nga semundja mendore.

Por nese ka faktorin gjenetik por ka edhe faktore te tjere social, faktore biologjike, apo faktore te personalitetit, problematika apo psikotrauma, qe nese mblidhen bashke mund te behen shkak per shperthimin e Skizofrenise.

Prandaj themi se nuk eshte semundje e shkaktuar vetem faktori gjenetik por duhet te behen disa faktore bashke qe te ndodhi e te dali ne pah.
