Lidia Reid was devastated after opening her son Garry’s grave, only to find that there was no body inside. Garry had passed away in 1975, and for over four decades, Lidia fought to uncover the truth about what had happened to him.
When she had visited the “Sick Kids” hospital in Edinburgh at the time, the staff showed her a child they claimed was her son, but Lidia insisted it wasn’t him. The doctors dismissed her claims, suggesting she was suffering from postnatal depression.
